UNBELIEVABLY ECONOMICAL. A perfectly designed, laminated one side vinyl surface
with a rugged polyester inner core fabric. suited for quantity orders when
economy is crucial and strength is essential. Super smooth lettering and screening
surface that features extra “tooth” for any lettering application. The 8 oz “THRIFTY”
Tuff Weave is used for B3’s “MINI ROLLS” and should be specified when your
customers require high quality semi permanent banners at an affordable price.

10 oz “STANDARD” & “FLUORESCENT” TUFF-WEAVE
THE WORLD’S FAVORITE BANNER FABRIC. The 10 oz “STANDARD” and “FLUORESCENT”
series features a rainbow of selected colors to enhance any banner order and virtually
all installations that are required by your customer. A sturdy, rugged and dependable
banner cloth that is vinyl laminated on both sides with a polyester inner core fabric
that insures full value in every banner order. Extra smooth lettering or screening
surface. Fire retardant.
13 oz “RUGGED” TUFF-WEAVE:
Highly recommended for ‘over-size’ banners or for any application where extreme wind
pressures demand the ultimate in strength and durability. The 13 oz “RUGGED” series
features a double thickness vinyl that is laminated to a super strong polyester inner
core fabric. Fire retardant with an ultra smooth lettering and screening surface.
16 oz “DOUBLE FACE” TUFF-WEAVE:
Heavy duty opaque banner fabric recommended for over the street banners. Street
banner should be hung from a steel cable stretched across the street and fabricated
with sewn in webbing, reinforced corners, corner 0-rings, and snap hooks to hook
onto the cable. Fabric is for street pole banners. Fire retardant.
MAJESTIC NYLON:
Accepts vinyls, paints, and ultra smooth surface for screen jobs. For interior use only.
Economical and perfect for those who want to get away from the vinyl look.

CANVAS:
Heavy-duty and pre-coated for and lettering or screening. Poly-Stix works well on
this fabric. Great for those jobs when the customer doesn’t want the vinyl look.

Use any bulletin or screening enamel
“ENAM-L-KOAT” is a scientifically blended water soluble top coat emulsion that, when
applied to the vinyl banner surface, instantly allows the signman the convenience of
using lettering enamels for their copy application. It will not yellow, crack or fade and
remains flexible on the banner surface.
